Kenzie Griffin, President of the K.B. Griffin Corporation, has been crafting Custom Home Masterpieces for over 30 years. His unique philosophy of working "hands-on" with each and every project draws him to the construction site on a daily basis. Kenzie takes charge of every phase of the project with an authority and attention to detail as if he were building the home for himself.

Process & Experience

In the important phases of floor plan design to groundbreaking, Kenzie applies his years of experience of building custom homes in Colorado to harmonize the residence's appearance and placement with that of the natural surroundings.

We continually seek out distinctive home sites, and every-so-often, find that perfect blend of location and terrain that simply calls for a K.B. Griffin masterpiece to be integrated with it.
